About this service: offered FREE to Customers residing in the Surrey area, who have viewed and chosen a selection of Rugs on our website and wish to view them at home before purchase, to help determine the rug that is right for your home.

Booking an Appointment: you can contact us by phone: (01428) 656 657 or email: rugs@theorientalruggallery.co.uk to pre-book an appointment and check our availability for this service. Due to the rugs' size, weight and manageability by our team, a maximum of four rugs (in any size) can be viewed at any one appointment.
When you contact us, please have the Stock Reference Number (available in the rug details online) ready to quote when asked or list in your email, for the rugs you wish to view at your appointment.
